In Kelantan for MSSM, Friday Prayers at MUKIM TUNJUNG Mosque - KELANTAN

Arrived via Malindo Air's morning flight, checked-in at hotel near Wakaf Che Yeh and just managed to locate a nearby mosque for Friday prayers. Faiz and I went together with a KL chess teacher in-charge of the Girls Squad who's also an Ustaz.

This year's Lodeh QC was performed at around 1.30-2.00AM, the morning on 1st Syawal...a departure from previous years when it could be done only around 3AM and onwards. 

( UPDATE: 2 Syawal 1437H, around lunch time )

...and as per previous years, the Sayur Lodeh is the first dish to finish compared to the rendang, ketupat kuah kacang etc etc. DESPITE more Lodeh being cooked this year.

On the way to Melaka we decided to exit the Pedas-Linggi exit in search of a mosque for Friday prayers as we were running late for our intended destination near the Simpang Ampat exit.

Earlier, OP Zaidi had already WA me to inform that I can either turn left or right after exiting the toll house as there should be a mosque within distance. Upon checking with the female toll operator at the toll booth as to whether to turn left or right for the nearest mosque she suggested turning left, which led us to the mosque for the first time.

An Errand @Masjid AL-HIDAYAH, Kg.Sg.Penchala - KL

After having Beef Nachos @Gringos Food Truck, we had an errand to perform at nearby Sg.Penchala and decided to pay a visit to the MASJID AL-HIDAYAH, Kampung Sungai Penchala - KL. The mosque was almost empty save for a team trying to put up a canopy within its compounds.

We only knew about this mosque when we met one of the mosque's benefactors during Umrah 2013.

Nachos @Gringos FoodTruck - TTDI

There are 2 or 3 Food Trucks in TTDI offering Nachos. Thus far, the Nachos at Gringos is the best we've tasted. Ask for extra cheese and fried onions and eat with mustard.
